In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Software. You use the Software at your own risk. We are not responsible for any account bans, restrictions, or actions taken by third-party platforms as a result of using the Software.
Due to the nature of digital software, all sales are final. We offer a fully functional 24-hour free trial so you can test the Software before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Software following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
